The pricing is straightforward and the same for every market: $2,500/mo during the 90-day pilot, then $5,000/mo month-to-month if you choose to continue. No tiered packages, no surprise add-ons.
There's also a small setup fee to cover your acquisition site build, call tracking setup, and initial optimization. That's a one-time cost, not recurring.
No long-term contracts, ever. After your pilot period, the engagement is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
The goal is for you to stay because the calls are coming in, not because you're locked in. If we're not delivering results, you should be able to leave. That's the deal.
The setup fee covers everything needed to launch your presence from scratch:
- Full acquisition site build and deployment
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Call tracking number setup
- Citation and directory submissions
- Initial keyword and competitor research
It's a one-time charge. There are no recurring setup costs after that.
The website was built on a domain you own. If you cancel, you keep the website. It stays live as long as you keep paying for the domain and hosting, both of which cost less than $20/year.
You don't lose anything we built. The only thing that stops is the ongoing optimization and maintenance work.
No. You pay a flat monthly retainer, not per lead, not per call, not per job. There are no variable charges based on performance.
That means as your call volume grows, your cost stays the same. The more calls that come in, the better your ROI, with no extra charges on our end.
When someone in your city types "water damage restoration" or "flood cleanup near me" into Google, a list of companies appears. The ones at the top get the calls. The ones buried on page 2 get nothing.
Google visibility means showing up prominently, in the map pack, in local search results, and across Google Maps, when someone nearby needs emergency help right now.
It's not about fancy websites or paid ads. It's about Google trusting your business enough to show it to people in your area when they're searching for what you do.
Google Ads are paid placements, you pay every time someone clicks. Stop paying, the ads stop. It's renting visibility.
What we build is organic visibility, Google showing your business because it trusts you, not because you paid for placement. This visibility compounds over time and continues working even if you reduce your marketing spend.
We don't run Google Ads. We build the kind of presence that earns you calls for free, month after month.
When someone searches Google for "water damage [your city]" and calls you, three things are true:
- They already have the problem, urgency is real
- They called you specifically, not 4 other companies
- They chose to reach out, higher intent than a cold lead
Angi and HomeAdvisor sell the same lead to multiple companies simultaneously. You're racing competitors to call back first, and still might lose the job. Google calls are exclusive and high-intent. That's why close rates are typically 3x higher.
Your Google Business Profile (GBP) is the listing that appears on Google Maps and in the map pack at the top of search results. It shows your phone number, hours, reviews, photos, and service area.
It's often the first thing a homeowner sees before they call. An optimized GBP with strong reviews and complete information dramatically increases the chance they call you instead of a competitor.
Most restoration companies have incomplete or unoptimized profiles, which is exactly why there's an opportunity here.
Every month includes:
- Google Business Profile management, posts, photo updates, review responses
- Ongoing local visibility work, building authority in your market
- 1–2 pieces of content published to your website
- Review generation follow-ups after completed jobs
- Call tracking monitoring, every inbound call logged
- Monthly plain-English report sent by the 5th of the month
Yes, a separate Google-focused acquisition site. As covered in "Do you work on my existing website?", most restoration websites aren't built for local search performance or emergency call conversions. Rather than disrupting your current setup, I deploy a brand new site engineered specifically to generate inbound calls and improve your local visibility.
It's fast, mobile-first, and built with one job: turn an emergency Google search into a phone call to you. Typical turnaround is 7 days from when I receive your information. You review and approve it before it goes live.
Ownership of the acquisition site is transferred to you once the pilot program is complete, see "Will I own the website?" for details.
Not usually. Most restoration websites aren't built for local search performance or emergency call conversions. Instead of disrupting your current setup, I typically deploy a separate Google-focused acquisition site specifically engineered to generate inbound calls and improve local visibility.
If changes to your existing website are recommended, I'll outline them clearly during the pilot. Any work performed on your existing site is billed separately.
Yes. Once the pilot program is complete, ownership of the acquisition site is transferred to you. The infrastructure is built specifically for your market and your company.
No. Everything we do is organic, it doesn't require ongoing ad spend. We focus exclusively on building your Google presence so you show up in free search results and Google Maps.
If you want to run Google Ads on top of what we build, that's your call, but it's not part of what we do and not something you need to budget for with us.
Almost none. Here's the full list of what we need from you:
- Fill out a short intake form at the start (10 minutes)
- Purchase your domain ($12, we walk you through it)
- Give us access to your Google Business Profile
- Review and approve your website before launch
- Read your monthly report when it arrives
After that, just answer the phone. Everything else runs without you.
No, we handle your digital presence and inbound call generation. Insurance documentation, adjuster relationships, and claims are your domain, not ours.
What we do is make sure the homeowner calls you before they call anyone else. What happens after the call is up to you.
It depends on your market and starting point, but here's a realistic timeline:
- Week 1–2: Website live, Google Business Profile optimized, call tracking active
- Month 1: Visibility starts building, you may see early movement in Google Maps
- Month 2–3: Most clients in lower-competition markets start seeing consistent inbound calls
- Month 4+: Visibility compounds, call volume typically continues growing
No, and anyone who does is not being honest with you. Google controls its own algorithm. No agency can guarantee specific positions or call volumes.
What we can tell you is: we've built this system specifically for restoration companies, we only take on markets where we believe there's a real opportunity, and we don't lock you into a long-term contract, so if results aren't materializing, you're not trapped.
The pilot structure exists precisely because we want you to see progress before committing to a full-rate retainer.
More competitive markets take longer to show results and may require a higher retainer to justify the additional work required.
We check your market before taking you on. If we don't think there's a realistic path to generating meaningful calls for you, we'll tell you that upfront rather than take your money and underdeliver.
We set up a dedicated call tracking number for your business. Every call that comes through that number is logged, including the date, time, duration, and source.
Your monthly report shows exactly how many calls came in from Google. You're not taking our word for it, you can see the data yourself.
The pilot is a low-commitment way to get started without signing a long-term contract upfront. Here's how it works:
- Setup fee: Covers your acquisition site build, GBP optimization, call tracking, and initial setup
- Pilot (Months 1–3): $2,500/mo, half the ongoing rate while everything launches and visibility builds
- Month 4+: $5,000/mo month-to-month if you choose to continue, no lock-in, cancel with 30 days notice
The pilot exists so you can see real work being done and early results before paying the full rate. It also means I have skin in the game, I don't move to full rate until you've seen what I can do.
Free trials attract the wrong clients. When there's no cost, there's no commitment, and we've found that owners who haven't invested anything tend not to take the process seriously, don't fill out the intake form promptly, and often aren't responsive when we need approvals.
A small upfront fee filters for serious operators who are ready to grow. Those are the clients we do our best work with.
You don't continue. There's no pressure, no follow-up sales calls, no hard feelings. You keep the website we built, it's yours.
We'd ask for honest feedback on what wasn't working, because that's how we improve. But the decision is entirely yours and there's no obligation to move to a full retainer.
That's genuinely a good problem to have. Reach out and we'll figure out the right approach together, whether that's pausing, reducing scope, or keeping things running while you hire additional capacity.
We'd rather solve that problem with you than lose you as a client because things got too busy.
Reports go out by the 5th of every month, covering the previous month's activity. You'll receive it directly to your email with no login required.
If you haven't received it by the 6th, reach out, something went wrong on our end.
Your report covers:
- Total inbound calls from Google that month
- Call volume vs previous month
- Google Business Profile views and actions
- New reviews received and current star rating
- Work completed that month (content, optimization, links)
- What's planned for next month
It's written in plain English, no dashboards, no jargon, no data overload.
Email us directly at hello@pacwestdigital.com with the company name and contact info. If they sign on as a client, we'll work out a referral credit with you, typically one month of retainer at no charge.
One condition: the referred company must be in a different market from yours. We'll never put two clients in the same city.
Email hello@pacwestdigital.com with the change you need. Minor updates, new phone number, updated hours, service area changes, new photos, are handled within 48 hours at no extra charge.
Larger structural changes may involve a small additional fee, but we'll always quote you before doing any work.
We handle review follow-up automatically as part of your service. But the single most effective thing you can do personally is ask at the end of every completed job, in person, right then and there.
Something as simple as: "If you're happy with the work, a Google review would mean a lot to us, I'll send you the link right now." Then text them the direct review link before you leave the job site.
In-person asks convert at a much higher rate than automated follow-ups alone.
